Operation Bumblebee is the culmination of more than 15 years research by Syngenta Crop Protection into the environmental management of habitats. Syngenta has invested £500,000 in Operation Bumblebee and The Buzz Project – a five-year scientific evaluation of environmental habitats that highlighted the pollen & nectar mix as the best practicable option for farmers to save the bumblebee.

The Operation Bumblebee web site will keep members up to date with the latest information, topics and advice for the successful habitat establishment and management, as well as news of farmers involved with Operation Bumblebee and results of new research.
